I like the typo!

The problem with iphone is that sometimes you don't notice the typing error however, I quite like the lust of life criteria.....instead of list...

Easy to stay in touch

Technology makes life so easy which I like! Easy is now in my lust of
life criteria.

Wild women get what they want!

If you've been following me on twitter and facebook you will have a sense of the AMAZING weekend I have just had. Thank you Stephanie Hale for organising such a wonderful event. I'm talking about Millionaire Bootcamp for Women of course. It's so refreshing to spend time with highly succesful powerful women. There's zest and enthusiasm for life certainly rubs off. I'm fired up and motivated.

I've shared some of the key points for me in my newsletter which by the way is FREE to subscribe to just go to www.noelyne.com and enter your email and it will be sent to you. Packed full of hints and tips to ensure you get what you want in life not what someone else wants!

I made a decision to invest in a mentor this weekend as I need to learn all about internet marketing. I've dabbled for too long. I love it but now I need to have a strategy to move me forward. By the way I am actually very happy with where I am, who I am and where I'm heading too. When I focus on things that I want that are in my control magic happens.

If you want to join me in my success look out for my new Membership site which is going to be exclusively for women wanting to be the best that they can be.

See you there

October news

Have just returned from 2 days in Newcastle delivering Performance Management training...very successfully I hasten to add. I decided to use public transport all the way in an attempt at helping the environment and carbon footprint. Bus, train, metro and foot all went smoothly to get to the hotel and then venue.

My iphone came into it's own as a hand held gps to locate the hotel and venue. I also helped out a couple looking for the Freeman's hospital by using my gps map. How cool is that! In the evening I used Around me to locate restaurants, supermarket etc. Brill.

The journey home wasn't quite so smooth as I arrived at Newcastle station just as the train was leaving...so had to wait an hour. Made the most of it by having a bite to eat. Met a very pleasant business woman on the train though which was an added bonus. Did a little networking. Then when I got to Peterborough I missed the 18.30 bus by minutes too and had another 1 hour wait. This time I enjoyed a glass of wine as I was determined not to get a taxi. Although in hindsight it would have been lovely just to jump in the car and get home.

Business is booming with my Health and Nutrition business too.

I have a business meeting in 30 mins so had better go and prepare.

All the best

February - Started a Training contract delivering Management Training including Performance Management, Conduct and Grievance, Absence Management.
March - Continuing to build business
April - More of the same
May - Trying to resolve relationship problems whilst remaining focused on business too.
June - Another hectic month. Delivered a ILM First Line Management event in addition to the other stuff.
July - sadly relationship comes to an end and partner moves out.
August - I need to take time out as I'm dealing with the loss of my family. Take a cruise to Norway - Fantastic. I regain a sense of peace. Fell in love with Norway and it's stunning scenery.
September - Back on track. Enjoying being myself and continuing my journey in life without my partner and his family. Business is booming so it keeps me out of mischief! Now delivering Diversity events.
October - Here I am. Have just uploaded a video to my website which was fun. Going out to enjoy the glorious sunshine now.

Peace, love and laughter.

Do you know someone who is facing or being made redundant?

I just wanted to share with you that I was made redundant two years ago from an organisation that I had worked with for 25 years. I have experienced the emotional ups and downs and lived to tell the tale. In fact I have turned that negativity into a truly positive situation. I opened my eyes to new possibilities and became aware of the wealth of opportunities around us. The trick is know what you want and then it's amazing what appears.

I have a FREE article my TOP 10 tips for survivng redundancy. If you would like a copy or know of someone who does then contact me at info@noelyne.com to request your FREE article.

Here's to new opportunities

Kind regards,

Why I've not been blogging!

Another milestone achieved! For the last six weeks I have been busy promoting our new Health Wealth and Charisma seminars, which has been a big deal for me.

I successfully delivered a session on Health and Well-being to a group of ladies attending our Health, Wealth and Charisma event in Peterborough last Saturday. And I am really proud of myself!

What’s so fantastic about that? Well, the workshops that I am normally involved in are for Organisations or Companies where I am asked to deliver training and development to a group of Managers to aid their learning and ultimately to improve performance and profits/ achievement of targets. The training can be material provided by the organisation or content that I have designed following a training needs analysis of the situation/problem.

The difference last Saturday is that I was sharing my personal approach to creating Health and Well-being. I chose some key points that I have learned and experienced that have worked for me, to share with the group. I had no idea as to whether this is what they were expecting and or whether they wanted this as I had not met these people before. I was opening myself up to complete strangers who could have chosen to ridicule me. As it happens the feedback was tremendous with each participant having got something from the session.

On reflection I know that I can make it even better, which of course is what I will do when we deliver the next event in February 2009.
